Q How do I book?
A You can send an email outlining the dates you have in mind & number of guests. We will get back to you to confirm the date & answer any further queries you may have. Or you can call us on 01394 278540
Q Do I need to pay a deposit?
A Yes, a non-refundable deposit is payable to secure your date. (£40 for parties in Felixstowe & £70 for parties elsewhere). The balance can be paid on the day of the party.
Q What areas do you cover?
A We are based in Felixstowe but will go to venues in Ipswich, Woodbridge & outlining areas. We have been to venues beyond Ipswich but please be aware that we may charge a surcharge for areas some distance from Felixstowe.
Q Are all your parties just for girls?
A Most of our Pamper Parties are geared towards the girls, but boys can be included in our Make Your Own Spa Treats Parties.
Q How long do the parties last?
A All styles of parties last about 1 3/4 - 2 hours, depending upon the number of guests.
Q What craft activities are included with the Pamper parties?
A We bring along a few activities to keep guests amused while thay are waiting for their pampering. The crafts are age appropriate but generally include beaded jewellery making & sticky gluey making. Quite often, the guests are quite happy to just watch their friends.
Q How much are the parties?
A We've tried to keep the pricing structure as simple as possible, regardless of what style of party you have.
If you live in Felixstowe or the Trimleys/Kirton we charge £90 for up to 6 children.
Otherwise we charge £120 for up to 8 children. (Parties outside of Felixstowe will be charged at this price). Extra guests are £13.50 each.
Q How many guest can I invite?
A It's a minimum of 6 guests for Felixstowe & the Trimleys. We don't have a minimum number for other locations but the minimum spend is £120. There is no maximum to the number of guests you can invite.
Q Are you insured?
A Yes, we are fully insured & all treatments in the Pamper Parties are carried out by trained & qualified professionals. The owner of sparkle & glitz also owns Cognito Beauty Haven (formely Looks Beautiful), Felixstowe, which has been established since 1991.
Q Do you provide party food?
A No food or drink is provided.
Q Do you provide invitations?
A Yes we supply party invitations.
Q Do I need to get the parents/guardians permission in writing?
A We provide consent forms for the parents/guardians of each of the guests to sign to confirm that they are happy for their child to take part in the Pamper Party. The forms ask for details of any known allergies and permission for us to use certain product onto the party guests.
